Today in Music: The Glitch Mob
This group makes sick music, period. Get a hold of their album called "Drink the Sea." There are tracks for working out and for relaxing. Electronic music. Make sure to check out the following tracks:

Waking Up Early
To succeed, you have to be willing to be up and running as early as possible. Now I'm not telling you to wake up at 5:30 in the am everyday just to stare at the ceiling. Find something to do every morning!
I'm a member at Versus 21 Gym on Hastings and Cambie. This place is truly awesome. They exaggerate on the difference between working out and training. WE TRAIN!! There's Circuit Training sessions every weekday at both 6:00am and 7:00am.
Even though I highly recommend this training facility, there are numerous options available in all sections of this city. So find one that suits you best and start basing your day on a healthy routine. Best of all you'll be working on looking great in time for the beach.

Now, if you're not a fan of paying a hundred and something dollars a month on a training facility membership, It's fine because you have two options:
1.) Cut back on the money you spend each week at bars/liquor, and on fast food. This is something worth spending your money on because there are way too many pros and not many cons.
2.) Stop looking for excuses to be lazy. You can still go for an hour run every morning and do push-ups and similar exercises.
Now, if you're leaning more towards the second option but are clueless as to what to do, don't worry! Check out this site called Scooby's Workshop! It's awesome!! This guy knows what he's talking about.

Balance + Ever seen anything like this?: Storm Freerun Vol. 1
Balance is the desired point between two opposing forces. In most cases the two opposing forces are fun and work. It's healthy to have fun because it eases your mind and its necessary to work in order to make progress. Integrate these two forces into your daily routine, and you will be making progress at an impressive rate without being overwhelmed with pressure.

King James + Drive untiil youre out of gas, Fuel up, and continue.
Here's a guy with some serious hustle. He's arguably the best player to ever play the
game. What impresses me most is that he's still out there hustling to improve everyday.
The guy probably trains harder than MMA fighters even though he's already been titled
"King."
Anyway, I absolutely love the guy. He has taught me to keep going after achieving my
goals. If you adopt this mindset and stay consistent, you're guaranteed to reach the top.
Regardless, hes got a bunch of dope Nike adverts all over youtube so check them out. His shoulders resemble a tank... Lol

Believe that you're the best at whatever it is that you do and put in the effort to prove to everyone that you are!
Pressure makes diamonds so the next time you're stressed or tired, be thankful 'cause it shows you're making progress! Don't forget that the things you do everyday (you're daily habits, whether good or bad,) make up who you are. Don't waste any time so get up and do something productive towards your dream everyday!
PS. Don't even think about settling for an ounce less than what you're ultimate goal in life is. ;)
