Waking Up Early

To succeed, you have to be willing to be up and running as early as possible. Now I'm not telling you to wake up at 5:30 in the am everyday just to stare at the ceiling. Find something to do every morning!

I'm a member at Versus 21 Gym  on Hastings and Cambie. This place is truly awesome. They exaggerate on the difference between working out and training. WE TRAIN!! There's Circuit Training sessions every weekday at both 6:00am and 7:00am.

Even though I highly recommend this training facility, there are numerous options available in all sections of this city. So find one that suits you best and start basing your day on a healthy routine. Best of all you'll be working on looking great in time for the beach.

Now, if you're not a fan of paying a hundred and something dollars a month on a training facility membership, It's fine because you have two options:
1.) Cut back on the money you spend each week at bars/liquor, and on fast food. This is something worth spending your money on because there are way too many pros and not many cons.
2.) Stop looking for excuses to be lazy. You can still go for an hour run every morning and do push-ups and similar exercises.

Now, if you're leaning more towards the second option but are clueless as to what to do, don't worry! Check out this site called Scooby's Workshop! It's awesome!! This guy knows what he's talking about.
